Jake is very happily married with 3 wonderful children and a dog and lives in North London.
He has spent 22 years in IT recruitment starting as a Recruitment Consultant placing permanent IT staff in the RDBMS sector. Jake spent 2 years recruiting Microsoft developers and Senior IT executives. After 10 successful years recruiting he moved into management and grew a team of permanent recruitment consultants from 6 to 35. After managing people for 8 years Jake decided to go back to his roots and deal actively with clients and candidates again.
Jake has successfully recruited for clients in the MS Dynamics and Sage reseller arena, as well as many other CRM and Accounting software resellers. Jake loves recruitment; he is passionate about what he does and is a naturally positive happy person. His real love is the SME sector, working with small dynamic technology focused clients.
Jake has 8 O Levels, 2 A Levels, and an HND, 2 houses, a mortgage and an unreliable blue Peugeot 306. Having been born in Norwich, Jake does not follow football. Jake is an ex sky diver with 400 jumps and a scuba diver with over 120 dives. His favourite song Is 'Walking On Sunshine' by Katrina and the Waves.
Carolyn is exceptionally happily married (most of the time) with 3 fabulous children and she lives in London too.
She has 30 years IT recruitment experience, starting off as a contract recruiter. She took to it like a duck to water, moved into permanent recruitment, then into management and from there held the role of Managing Director and Shareholder of a 30 strong IT consultancy for over 10 years. She is a fabulous 'people person' and has a brilliant creative streak.
Carolyn can read faster than anyone in the known world and is an expert on internet research and copy writing. She once won the Alfred Lord Tennyson cup for reading poetry and she still remembers her first client in 1979 that made Matchbox cars and were recruiting for punch card operators!
Carolyn is a speed demon; she likes skiing, scuba diving, driving her V6 Chrysler Grand Voyager and mountain biking. She is a gym bunny and fanatical about the ocean.
Luke is the absolute tops when it comes to admin! He works part time loading and typing CVs, paying the suppliers, doing the VAT, answering the phone and keeping the client and candidate database up to date.
He is the fastest data entry person ever known on the planet; he is unflinchingly accurate and makes less than one mistake per month - he is amazing.

Luke likes Jack Daniels, Sailor Jerry's and Maker's Mark and the very occasional Cohiba.
Lauren helps with admin via remote connection and keeping the Ambis website up to date, although she takes no responsibility for the passion flowers.
Lauren likes the dark and is nocturnal and is hugely into 'Cosplay' so we don't always know who she is.
She is currently studying Film Production at Worcester University and doing rather well at it. Watch this space for her first Oscar nomination.
Josh is 12 and occasionally sits in the office during school holidays, writing cheques, playing PC games quietly, going on the running machine and shredding old paperwork.
Josh likes action and horror movies, insects and reptiles and is big into drawing psycho bunnies. At the moment his career aspirations are to be the next David Attenborough or an entomologist. Like Jake, he doesn't follow football.
None of what we do would be possible without Mitch.
He is a King Charles Cavalier of the grandest design, who barks at the postman, chews our paperwork and keeps us smiling and laughing every day.
He knows a great deal about ERP and CRM but is not very good at typing.
