Field Service Management

I have been recruiting Field Service Management folks since the start of Ambis in 2005, because it overlaps with ERP so much. I was told many years ago that Field Service Management software is about “Blokes in Vans”!

• You have the bloke and his set of skills
• You have the Van and the spares and parts on it
• You have the route

Of course, there are plenty of Field Service roles that are covered by women too!

• BigChange
• TotalMobile
• Dynamics Field service, Dynamics 365 Field Service
• FLS fastleansmart (a very clever scheduling tool for FSM)
