Certinia used to be called FinancialForce, but that was so difficult to type that they changed it to Certinia. It is basically finance and accounting software that sits on Salesforce.

The Certinia solution is very strong within professional services companies, and it is superb at:

• Billing
• Timesheets
• Expenses
• Multi-country / multi-jurisdiction accounts

So clients tend to be law firms, accountants, advertising agencies, and software companies.
