Greentree ERP software recruitment

Ambis recruit ERP Implementation consultants and one of the big growth products at the moment is Greentree. This is an ERP product developed in New Zealand that has been selling in the UK since about 2006. There are now over 12 Greentree ERP resellers in the UK and the community continues to grow. The increased demand for Greentree skilled people comes from both consultancies doing software implementations and supporting their clients and also end users wanting internal people to help on Greentree ERP implementation or support.

The Greentree product has a unique feature that means it brings together different elements of the systems relevant to the particular thing you are doing, consequently users don’t need to flick between screens so much.

Why work on the Greentree ERP product?

  • Companies are buying it and there is more project work than there are skilled people available, so salaries will increase.
  • Greentree have very strong, innovative marketing and are able to supply a good flow of leads to the reseller community.
  • Everyone that works on Greentree ERP either in sales or support or software implementation loves the product; no one has a bad word to say about it.
  • The continued success of Greentree means good long term employability, this is a great time to get on board whilst cross training opportunities are still available.

The Greentree Story

When Greentree started on its journey, people said we were crazy. We were told there was enough business software in the world to suit anyone’s needs. Thousands of successful installations later, we’d say they were wrong.

Before Greentree, mid-sized businesses were generally stuck with either the ‘lite’ version of products designed for large-scale enterprises or functionally weak products designed for small businesses. The ’enterprise‘ products offered scaled-down, inflexible functionality, but still at a high cost, and the small business products only offered a short-term solution that would be rapidly outgrown. For mid-sized companies either option was like being put in a straitjacket.

Mid-sized businesses have to be nimble; take on new challenges and open new markets. Mid-sized companies have sophisticated demands but limited budgets. Greentree believed there was a need for business software with extremely wide and deep functionality, designed to be rapidly implemented and deployed, easily maintained and especially, cost-effective. Our range of powerful business software is now driving a hugely diverse range of companies, and more are signing up all the time.

How do we do it? Simple. Greentree prides itself on understanding how businesses think.

Our instinctive knowledge of business processes and the ever-changing nature of the work environment is reflected in everything we produce.

“I don’t like to boast, but Greentree is special,” says CEO Peter Dickinson. “What makes it special is the wonderful community of our dedicated business partners, our smart-thinking customers and ourselves, and the way we work together.
