These are the key areas you need to address on your advert:

• Your company information, say something about what you do and your USP’s
• The skills you require from candidates: what software might they have worked on before: list all the possible products to maximise your response
• What type of projects they have been involved in: size, number, market and sector
• What role they had on the projects be that pre-sales, workshops, requirements, installation, training, or the whole project life cycle
• What opportunity you have that will attract someone, such as new technology, newly created roles, fast promotion, expanding company
