A versatile and consultative Sage 200 Account Manager is sought for a new role, fully remote, working for one of the longest standing Sage resellers, with a great rep in the Sage 200, Sage X3 and Sage Intacct markets. You can live anywhere in the UK, ideally, they really want someone who has already managed Sage 200 customers, but they would also be happy looking at similar ERP and accounting solutions such as Intact IQ, Sage X3, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, PS Financials, Epicor, Infor, SAP Business One, Protean, Profit.iT, Dream, Xero, Brightpearl, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, SAP ByD, Orderwise, IFS, QAD, Priority ERP or similar.
Your role will be to manage a portfolio of existing Sage 200 accounts, building, and maintaining strong relationships to gain an understanding of client businesses, and their needs and using consultative selling techniques to maximise opportunities to sell and promote Sage 200 products and services, and deliver a great experience for the client. Salary to £50k plus car allowance and circa £25k commission.
You will own your account base and maximise revenue spend per account, ensuring targets are met or exceeded through proactive contact with your clients, presenting a professional and friendly face, and working in partnership with them to ensure you manage their expectations and gain repeat business.
This Sage 200 reseller works with manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, marketing, finance, and professional services clients. They also develop unique add-on products for Sage 200 and have a portfolio of more than a dozen interesting products that you can pitch.
They need someone with solid commercial understanding of accounting and / or ERP software solutions, ideally Sage 200, who has strong account management skills and can work with software end-of-life upgrades, and upselling add-on products, services, and support contracts. You have a strong track record in B2B sales, and solid understanding of business processes and solution sales.
Alongside this, you have great people skills, you're a good listener, you have a consultative approach, you can prepare and deliver engaging presentations, and you have lots of initiative, and self-direction. You like being based at home and being in control of your own day and diary, and you're happy to go out and visit clients where you choose to. You are independent and motivated and looking for a long-term career move.
