The company is a top 10 leader in large scale ERP, Field Service Management, Asset Management, Contact Management and CRM Software, with over 3,500 employees and multiple global offices.
Their perfect candidate will be degree educated, bright, ambitious, and energetic, with experience of Field Service Management software implementation through the full project life cycle, and someone who can really engage with their customers and get to the heart of their business needs.
The Field Service Management software sold here is on-premise and cloud based, and covers service requests, depot repair, service parts management, first time fix prediction, travel time, reverse logistics, manual scheduling, intelligent appointments, work order management, real-time mobile workforce allocation, billing & renewals, quotations & pricing, multi-channel customer engagement, warranties, maintenance, stock counts and much more.
You will take responsibility for end-to-end software implementation projects, analysing your clients' business and functional requirements, and specifying, designing, and proposing the right solution for them. So, you should have proven experience liaising with clients, running workshops, gathering requirements, understanding their workflows, configuring the solution to fit, documentation, and managing the implementation through to go-live, training, and post-go live hand holding and support.
They are looking for someone who is tenacious, analytical, outgoing, a good ideas person and problem solver, with excellent written and verbal English language skills, and passion for delivering seamless implementations and keeping the client happy. The company has a stunning track record in the field service sector, and this group is expanding rapidly and therefore offers quick promotion and great career prospects.
The job is remote, anywhere in the UK. But when you need to go to their UK head office, you get to experience a brilliantly designed space with interiors of wood, velvet and glass, large open spaces, a gym, cool break out areas for when you need some down time, restaurant, a conference room for up to 200 people with floor to ceiling state-of-the-art screens, and every new piece of technology you could think of.
