Yardi Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a strong real estate Software Consultant - a skilled Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant who has experience of implementing and supporting Yardi property management software solutions into commercial or residential real estate investment businesses or property management companies. The starting salary on offer is up to £72k for a Yardi Consultant and the job is fully remote, so you can live anywhere in the UK.

The key requirement is that you have worked on an implementation of the Yardi Voyager solution, and you know the product from the viewpoint of its functionality and the business processes; you understand Yardi workflows, and the commercial, residential, and accounting aspects. So you may be a Property Accountant, or a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst at an end user, or you may already be a Yardi Consultant in a client facing implementation role. Or you may have very strong Yardi support skills and are looking to move into software implementation and consulting. Our client is open minded as to your background and skill level, if you have the enthusiasm, ambition, passion for PropTech solutions and the right attitude.

You can talk knowledgeably to stakeholders, analyse their business requirements, identify needs and gaps, create documentation, and have had experience implementing Yardi Voyager through to go-live. Plus you have a good breadth of knowledge across several areas of property management software.

This is a fast paced, dynamic environment, and you will thrive if you enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative team, where you can deepen your knowledge of the property investment & real estate management markets, and property accounting. You are an excellent communicator who can be the bridge between business and the technical side and can explain technical aspects to customers in a non-technical way.

Typically, clients will be new customers moving from legacy software to Yardi Voyager, or existing customers looking for extra consultancy and advice, application support or new roll outs or upgrades. They will be high level real estate investment trust clients, property management companies, and rental property investors who are looking after £multi-million to £multi-billion global commercial or residential property portfolios. You are dynamic, energetic, professional, and personable.

You will work with their property investment clients through the entire software implementation process covering functional requirements, workshops, specification, set up, client training and go-live. This is a unique, growing company of around 60 people. Everyone works remotely but they retain a strong team spirit, with plenty of knowledge sharing. As the projects are for very large property portfolio firms there are lots of interesting challenges to deal with, and things to get your teeth into.
