- Description
MS Dynamics CRM Sales Executive or Business Development Manager - based from home with travel.
This tier one MS Dynamics CRM software consultancy are getting the pick of the very best leads from Microsoft, often for companies very happy to spend £250k plus on MS Dynamics CRM solutions. So these are really meaty, high value potential deals. And because they are also big in the Dynamics and Sage ERP space, their current clients in these areas also often come to them when they need new CRM software.
You will work from home essentially and make presentations on client sites, spending one day in the offices in Berkshire. So realistically you could live anywhere south of the Midlands or even further as clients are spread nationwide. Base salary to £60k, with a very achievable £60k uncapped commission, plus a £6k car allowance, laptop, mobile, good pension scheme and 5 weeks' holiday.
They are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Sales Executive or CRM software Business Development Manager who can work at FTSE 250 board level selling MS CRM and closing these deals.
You will carry a £1.2m target with uncapped commission and real potential to earn significantly over £120k. Clients are very varied from distribution, manufacturing, asset management and finance, to retail, media, food & drink, travel and transport.
They are looking for someone with integrity, who can create and foster great relationships with their clients and is a model for high performing sales. You will work on the existing sales pipeline, develop a new business pipeline, approach your leads professionally, develop a sales strategy, prepare quotes and bids, and manage and document the full sales cycle. And of course, you can reach a win / win situation and close your deals.
This is the most "do-able" £120k+ CRM sales role that we have seen, because they have the leads, the consultants, the support people, a superb marketing team and a cracking relationship with Microsoft themselves.
You need to have proven experience as a Software Sales Executive or BDM selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with the ability to get an audience with, and present to, C level customers and to uncover your clients' needs and pain points.
They might also consider dynamic, over achieving Sales Executives or BDM's who have been selling a competitor CRM solution such as Salesforce, Sage CRM, NetSuite, Infor CRM, SugarCRM, Pivotal, Goldmine or RightNow and has a keen desire to move to the MS CRM market.
