Description

This role is with an award-winning boutique Pegasus Opera reseller, who are a Pegasus Centre of Excellence and also specialise in Pegasus Opera integration. They need a committed, experienced Pegasus Opera Support Consultant, who is interested in moving away from the large company environment to a small, unique Pegasus Partner, where you will play a key role, and be recognised and input your ideas. They run the company as an open platform for suggestions and ideas, and welcome you input and participation in the business. Salary to £36k, fully remote working.

This Pegasus Opera Cloud support role would suit a motivated, organised Support Analyst or Application Support Consultant, who knows Pegasus Opera software well and is looking for a fully remote role, with a lot of autonomy. It is work from home, anywhere in the UK. They have a brilliant small team of people and have built themselves a great reputation for the implementation, support and integration of Pegasus Opera 3 Cloud, and Opera SQL SE, as well as Pegasus CIS, and XRL, and their highly bespoke training courses.

Working in this busy company, you will support your clients exclusively with Pegasus Opera 3 Cloud and Opera SQL software queries and problems, so you will only work with the latest software, and not on the old Pegasus legacy products. You will support a range of Opera modules such as accounting, procurement, fixed assets, purchasing, CIS, plant hire, subcontractors, bill of materials, HR & payroll, budgets, stock lists, and so on.

You will also advise customers on what training is required within their business and recommend better practices for their company and bespoke routines or modules which could help improve their bottom line. You may also get involved in report building, data export, software upgrades, Pegasus implementation, user documentation, integration projects or indeed anything else that you're interested in doing or learning about.

Everyone is easy to work with here, full of energy and with deep experience of the Pegasus range of products, plus they have a track record of treating their people very well. They are looking for someone who can take ownership of their support tickets, managing your time and your workload efficiently from a home base, and who likes the freedom of being autonomous, with colleagues to back you up when you want them.

You are passionate about technology and giving your clients the best possible service and you fit in with an upbeat, creative, modern, and open culture. They do everything they can to ensure that you enjoy your work, and that you are recognised and rewarded.
