Central London
Full time (2 days in the office 3 from home)

This MS Dynamics CRM consultancy of 10 people are looking to hire a new support consultant to join the existing team as one of the support consultants is moving into consultancy. You will be the voice of the company and the first to reply to customer queries.They have a track record of developing staff internally and offering promotions. So you can expect a lot of training and full MS Dynamics CRM certifications.
You will need to be in the office in Central London at least 2 or 3 days per week at the start then once you are happy and knowledgeable enough to work from there can be much greater flexibility.
You will have done some application support (could be CRM or Payroll or ERP or any business software) and have some understanding of databases. You will enjoy dealing with customers and be happy to chat to clients on the phone and be a clear communicator on email.
