ERP Professional Services Manager

This job is working for an ERP consultancy based in Glasgow managing a team of 7 Implementation consultants.

The role is scheduling the work, dealing with the clients and the projects, when problems are escalated to you.

The main role is man managing the team, talking to the consultants making sure they are working effectively.

Booking training courses and ensuring their certifications are up to date.

You will be in the office in Glasgow at least 2 days a week, being part of the leadership team, working with project managers, sales and of course your consulting team.

You won't do any hands on consultancy yourself. So this is purely a manager role.

The 2 key objectives are:

To retain the consultants and

Deliver the projects.

You will have worked in ERP consultancy and have delivered projects yourself. You will have worked on multiple projects at once and understand the pressure of being an ERP Implementation consultant.

You will be a natural relationship builder, and have managed or lead a team before.
