WFH with two 28 inch screens
Excellent role for a resourceful, organised Sage 200 Support Consultant who wants to work from home. This job requires someone with strong experience of supporting Sage 200, and ideally some Sicon add-ons, who likes a lot of variety in their day and has enough experience and confidence, to work fully remotely 5 days a week, organising their own workload and diary and hitting SLA targets. The money is up to £50k, plus private healthcare. Anywhere in the UK is fine.
They need someone who really enjoys talking to clients and building relationships, who can provide application support and some training and consultancy to their Sage 200 customer base, via telephone and email, creating SQL views, and using SQL to help solve problems, and supporting a range of add-on products from Sicon and Draycir.
This award-winning technology company is well known and well respected, with a 20 year+ track record in building great relationships and putting the customer first. They are very strong in Sage 200 commercials, financials, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, and Sage Construct, and they sell a lot of add-ons such as Sicon WAP, Sicon Manufacturing, Bar Coding and Warehousing, Sicon Projects, and Draycir Spindle. So, you are never going to be bored here.
You can work from home full time. They have a lot of virtual meet ups and good social events where you can catch up with the rest of the team, brainstorm and have some fun. They employ over 45 people, with around a half of those working with Sage 200.
They would love to hire someone who is an ambitious Support Consultant with strong Sage 200, some Sage add-ons, and some SQL reporting / SQL Server skills and / or Crystal Reporting skills, who would like to really get involved at a deep level, or they would hire a Sage 200 Implementation Consultant, who doesn't want to travel and would like an easier role, with a bit more technical involvement, or you may be supporting Sage 200 at an end user site and looking to move into consultancy and work remotely.
You will have a lot of autonomy and be able to run your own ship, keep your own logs and documentation, and organise your workload but still have all the back up and support from the management, your team members, and the software developers, whenever you need it. The wider your range of skills, the quicker you will be up and running, and in control.
As far as Sage resellers go, they are a great bunch of people, and It's a great place to work and to grow and learn and feel respected and rewarded.
