Description

This is a superb chance to join a busy, thriving ERP and CRM software company, in this fast moving exciting and lucrative professional industry. New role; our client will interview and hire as soon as they can, and you will have a very bright future here. They will pay £25-30k for the right person, plus around £5k commission. This is a path into enterprise software sales which leads to £100k + earnings in the future and this job is the first step on that ladder.

They are looking for a Telesales, Telemarketing superstar, or Lead Generation specialist who is positive, bright, inquisitive, happy to chase each day, make the calls, start a conversation, turn every page, and research deeply to find new leads and develop relationships with new customers. And of course, keen to learn this business software market and technology. You are confident and comfortable / happy on the phone, with lots of energy and enthusiasm and you have the determination to keep going and build yourself a great career in software sales.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to companies to find out if they are thinking of changing their software, and by working with the superb CRM system here, you will create a map of which companies use what software and then keep in touch with them and nurture them until they are ready to buy from you. You will conduct market research and report on potential new business opportunities.

This is an ERP cloud solution that clients love … it is cutting edge and the market leader in their niche area. So your job is the make the clients aware of what it can offer them, so they know there are good reasons to purchase. You will work in a young vibrant office, alongside the marketing, sales, and pre-sales team with lots of support and mentoring. They won't throw you in at the deep end and they will give you plenty of product training.

The role is hybrid 2 days a week in the offcioe inHemel and home based for 3 days.

Previous successful telesales people have come from a wide variety of sales backgrounds such as B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, commercial sales, etc. but in an ideal world you will have sold some type of application software. As they sell extensively into the whholesale and distribution market, it would be brilliant if you have worked with software such as Bistrack, Encore for Merchants from Anagram, Merlin, Intact IQ, Kerridge, Merchanter ERP, Windowmaker, Benchmark, Orderwise, prof.ITplus from OGL, Sage 200 or sharp-aX or similar.

But the real key is having B2B experience, creativity and curiosity, the ability to identify the market and the customer and to think outside the box.
