Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant - home based support role

Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant - this is a full home based Application Support role, so you need to be proficient in Sage ERP X3 Support and happy working on your own as a remote tem member, with good time management.

If you have more than 12 months' experience supporting Sage ERP X3 software internally at an end user site, or as an X3 Systems Administrator or Super User - or you are already working in an X3 support team for a software house or for a reseller, this could be a great opportunity for you if you fancy working from home. Starting salary to £36k plus bonus scheme, private healthcare and benefits. If you also have any Sage ERP X3 software development experience to add to your skillset, then a higher salary will be on offer.

EU candidates with Sage ERP X3 experience are also welcomed, as long as you have excellent English language skills. You will provide hands-on 1^st Line Support for Sage ERP X3 covering many modules including finance, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and sales and knowledge of SQL and / or Crystal Reports will be advantageous.

Reporting to the Support Manager you will have plenty of opportunity to talk to other team members in the X3 support team for assistance or advice where needed and of course to talk to Sage where required. Our client is a highly rated Sage ERP X3 Partner, they work solely with the X3 product and have a track record in consultancy, project management and support spanning more than 15 years.

They are looking for a self-motivated Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant who can work effectively and efficiently as a remote home worker. You will manage and prioritise your workload and support queue, provide telephone and remote support, carry out product testing and help with client training whilst adhering to SLA's and documenting your support cases.
