Application support Manager
£40,000 To £60,000
3 days per week in the office in Brierley Hill
This amazing software author supply market leading ERP, CRM and Logistics solutions. They are growing and need an support manager.
The office is based in Brierley Hill, they are hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week, this gives a chance to build a team environment, share knowledge and have a bit of banter.
Due to a potential retirement in 2 years and increased business they are looking for a support manager designate.
You will be an experienced ERP support consultant with a good understanding of:
Finance
ERP
Good SQL
You will have run a team and be very comfortable managing the queue.
This is managing a team of 6, two in first line and four 2nd / 3rd line.
- The process works
- The team is in good shape
- The processes are in place
- But it needs a hands on manager to keep it that way.
But it needs a strong person to keep everything going in the right direction.
