This global company has a track record spanning 25 years, offices in 8 countries and more than 300 staff and they are still experiencing excellent growth across all their business areas. They are authors of their own specialist ERP software which has a payroll & HR module, as well as accounting, project costing, valuations, property & plant maintenance, sales & lettings, time & attendance, operations and CRM modules.

They now need an additional client facing Payroll & HR Consultant, experienced in the full software implementation life cycle from cradle to grave. You will manage every aspect of the HR & Payroll software implementations from conducting business process reviews, analysis, requirements gathering, managing workshops, setting milestones, documentation, software configuration, report writing and Go-Live through to user training, ensuring that customer expectations, project objectives and deadlines are documented and met on time and to budget. You will also assist the sales department with demos of the software where required and carry out system audits with existing clients to ensure that they are making the most of their HR & Payroll software.

Your Profile:

  • Proven Payroll & HR Software Implementation and Consulting experience
  • Analysis, requirements definition and documentation
  • You have trained users at all levels in software features
  • Client facing skills and excellent communication

  • You are enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated
  • Happy to travel to client sites across the UK
  • Professional, friendly, open approach
  • Previous experience of the construction / property management / facilities management / home building industries would be an added bonus

If you are a Software Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant with strong Payroll & HR software experience, they would like to speak to you.
