Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with ERP or Accounting Software sales experience who wishes to take up a real opportunity to increase your earnings with excellent incentives (and no cap), and to work with a terrific team of appointment bookers and tele-sales staff, providing you with fully qualified leads on a regular basis. This role is to work for a very successful global ERP software reseller, selling a leading mid-market ERP software solution from one of the world's biggest and most well-known ERP software vendors. This new position is paying a base salary to £50k with benefits on top and an uncapped OTE of £120k based on a realistic and achievable target. Many of their clients are in London and the surrounding areas, but there will be some travel to client sites outside these areas. The offices are well situated near London Bridge and Monument.
The company are specialists in ERP solutions, they have been in business for over 20 years, they employ more than 200 people worldwide and they are Gold Partners with their ERP vendor. They have an outstanding team of marketeers, telemarketing consultants and lead generation staff, and believe firmly in setting up fully qualified leads for their Sales Executives.
They are also strongly activity based, focused on hitting KPI's and getting you out there in front of your clients. They are looking for a senior level ERP or Accounting Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism and a track record in full life cycle consultative sales of ERP or Accounting Software, including a very good understanding of the client's requirements, strong negotiation, contracts and tenders and excellent closing skills. You should also be able to get the most out of a well-rounded team environment where knowledge is shared and the common goal is client satisfaction.
You will be adept at developing incoming leads, discovering the clients' requirements, working with Pre-Sales Consultants to demo and present software, matching the software solution to requirements, preparing quotes and bids and delivering profitable ERP software sales to target and beyond.
