Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 Consultant to cross train to Sage ERP X3 with full training at Sage headquarters. This is a full life-cycle implementation and consulting role for a talented ERP Consultant with Sage L500 or Sage 1000 solutions experience. The role is centred on converting legacy Sage 1000 and L500 clients to Sage ERP X3.
Head office is located near Bracknell and Wokingham in Berkshire, and realistically you need to live within an hour's commute as they are an office centric company. There will be the normal travel to client sites nationwide. On offer is an excellent package which includes a base salary to £50k with £5k car allowance, excellent bonus scheme of around 7-10%, 5 weeks' holiday, health insurance, company share scheme, on-site gym and very good pension.
Sage ERP X3 continues to go from strength to strength and there is no question that upgrading your skillset to this, the latest of the large-scale ERP products from Sage, can only be of benefit to your career and your future earnings.
As an ERP Implementation Consultant for the X3 product you will work in a client facing role, gathering requirements, mapping business processes, running workshops, taking clients through demos and trials, driving the full software implementation phase, testing, user training and ensuring overall success of the project. The deals here are between £100k and £1 million, and many implementations are between 200 - 500 seats, so projects are interesting and complex.
Candidate Profile:
- Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 full life-cycle software implementation
- Strong ERP skills with finance, manufacturing or distribution
- A background working for a reseller, software house or consultancy is essential
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, functional requirements, software installation and user training
- Highly motivated and keen to learn a new product
- Excellent communicator with excellent command of English
- Willing to undertake normal consulting travel as required
