Sales Account Manager for ERP and accounting software in the City of London. Work for this leading global ERP software solutions company with offices in 10 countries, over 250 employees and with a solution portfolio that covers Accounting & Finance, ERP, Business Intelligence, Payroll and Asset Management. Base salary to £40k depending on your level of experience, with an OTE of £80k on a realistic £350k target, plus bonus.
As an Account Manager here you will look after a portfolio of high profile clients, and will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with these customers, retaining and upgrading their support contracts, upselling new products or enhancements to their software and / or selling them new software propositions from the portfolio.
The product you will look after is a flexible accounting and ERP software solution which includes financials, debt management, purchases, inventory, fixed assets and sales & marketing. You will be an experienced Software Account Manager who has sold similar solutions, and can provide excellent management of key client accounts.
You will work alongside the consultants to gain a solid understanding of the software and to bring in profitable sales and develop strong client relationships, and also work with the marketing team on campaigns to help generate sales.
You need to be a successful Software Account Manager, experienced in producing well written proposals and quotations, attending client meetings and marketing events & seminars, presenting software to your clients' requirements and keeping your CRM system religiously up to date with contacts and activity.
