Dynamics CRM Manager, CRM Owner, CRM Support - MS Dynamics CRM
Our client needs a CRM Manager with Dynamics CRM / MS CRM expertise to own the CRM for their business looking after MS CRM Support, Dynamics CRM Administration, Training and future Project Management & Development of the CRM system. Salary from £38-48k (negotiable) + benefits including 5 weeks' holiday, private health care and product discounts.
The company is an award winning professional trade association with a large membership database. This branch is based in London and conveniently located for Victoria, Westminster, St James Park or Charing Cross stations, and it is the smallest of their offices with around 25 staff. They provide consultancy, advice and training and members benefit from access to influencers, shared knowledge, lobbying, contacts and networking.
They run Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have 200 licenses, and as the CRM Owner / CRM Manager you will be responsible for Dynamics CRM support, administration, maintenance, trouble shooting, writing manuals, user training as well as project managing future developments for the MS CRM system. You will also work to ensure user uptake of the system, manage the permissions and user security, edit fields and make the solution as user friendly as possible.
You will be the go-to person, the first point of contact for Dynamics CRM and the system owner, and you will answer queries from users, monitor trends in the CRM usage, and make improvements to the system from user requests and enquiries.
