Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant for top reseller

Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant or Support Analyst, to work for one of the top UK resellers, a multiple award winning company that has grown to over 150 staff and has a terrific reputation for its client service and development of staff. They continue to go from strength to strength and you will have excellent career prospects here and ongoing training and personal development. Based between Manchester and Warrington, the role is paying a starting salary to £38k plus profit share, pension, health insurance and other benefits.

They are looking for an experienced Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant / Sage ERP X3 Support Analyst with good all round X3 support skills who can quickly fit in to a busy support team and make a contribution straight away. You will respond to client emails and calls as a 1^st Line X3 Support Consultant, finding solutions to their problems and providing a high level of customer service. Any additional knowledge of Crystal Reports and / or other Sage products would be an added bonus.

If you have decent experience supporting Sage ERP X3 software within a software house / reseller or internally at an end user site, this company offers a solid career path into consulting & implementation, project management or development.

EU candidates with Sage ERP X3 support experience are also very welcome to apply, but you will need a good command of written and verbal business English and should be in a position to relocate for which initial accommodation help will be provided. Many of the team are from the EU so there is a good multi-cultural, multi-lingual mix of people here.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Sage ERP X3 Support Consultant who wants to build a career and has have good people skills and is professional and client centric. You will manage your own workload and support calls, provide telephone, email and remote support, and carry out X3 product testing.
