- Description
ERP Project Manager to take up what is essentially a Client Services Manager / Assistant Consulting Manager / Assistant Professional Services Manager role, working alongside the Consulting Manager of the growing UK division of this global ERP software company.
Our client is one of the fastest growing software resellers in the world and number one globally in their ERP solution market. With 200 staff worldwide, their UK arm is now established and growing and there are currently around 20 people here. Your role will grow as the UK division expands so this is a job that will develop and where you will have a bright future. The ERP solution is delivered on premise or in the Cloud and is designed for mid-market SME's across a broad range of industries.
They are looking for a talented Project Manager with ERP and / or Accounting Software skills, who can manage, motivate and mentor the ERP Consultants, oversee and manage all ERP software implementation projects, identify opportunities, drive revenue and work with the Consulting Manager to develop business plans, annual revenue targets, margins and utilisation targets. Package will be up to around £60k base with a car allowance and generous benefits including bonus and healthcare.
You will probably have moved up the ladder in your career, from being a hands-on ERP Implementation Consultant, to becoming a client facing Project Manager, and will have experience of running small teams of Consultants, multiple concurrent projects and budgeting and planning.
You will be passionate about delivering high quality services to your clients and will be an excellent team manager who can oversee projects confidently, providing key reporting to the directors. You will manage the ERP project schedules and timeline, allocate resources, create Statements of Work and other documentation, manage processes and tasks, plan for maximum, effective consultant utilisation, and ensure that projects are completed on time with acceptable margins. You will grow the team of ERP Consultants, mentor and manage your people, and build long term relationships with your clients. Hopefully you will be an ERP champion.
Profile:
- ERP or Accounting Software background
- Proven Project Management and People / Team Management experience
- Able to build and nurture great client relationships
- Budgeting, planning, documentation, reporting
- A mentor and motivator
- Can manage change & risk and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Formal Project Management qualifications useful
- SAP Business One experience would be a bonus
