Pegasus Opera Support Consultant home based with flexible hours

This role is for a Pegasus Opera Support Consultant to be based from home with flexible hours / days of the week. Strong experience of supporting Pegasus Opera II and 3 is required as you will essentially be working alone as the work is from your own home. (Although there are people in the office you can call upon for advice or help at any time). You might be a Pegasus Opera Consultant who doesn't want to travel anymore, or you may be an experienced Pegasus Opera Support Consultant who wants the freedom of working from home.

Our client will even consider flexible hours with a shorter day from say 9.00 am to 3.30 pm or someone who wants to work a 4 day week. They are happy to consider many different options that suit your life style. Salary from £25 - 30k (pro-rata if you work less hours) based anywhere in the UK.

They need a competent Pegasus Opera Support specialist with experience of providing practical assistance and advice to system users via telephone, email and remote software tools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a software company with a 20 year track record who are award winning Partners of 3 vendors. They have a professional and busy team of Application Support Consultants, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers and you will be kept busy.

You will be answering support calls and email queries, and providing resolution to clients' Pegasus Opera software problems. You will be logging and tracking your calls, escalating problems where necessary and building strong and lasting relationships with your customers.

You will enjoy communicating with people, analysing problems and finding solutions, and will be an enthusiastic, positive and can-do person who always aims to give your clients the best service.
