- Progressing and resolving clients' problems confidently and effectively
- Coping under pressure when busy
- Meeting SLA's
- Proactive, well organised
They are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, loves the technical aspects of IT, and has a good telephone manner and a positive attitude. You will have prior experience (at least 12 months) in a Technical Support, Hardware Support or Desktop Support role and the type of things you will have supported will be Desktop Servers, Windows Servers, Operating Systems, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Hardware, Networks, Server Administration, Office 365, Small Business Server and VMWare. You will be a team player, keen to learn and to progress with the company, and able to pick up new technologies and applications quickly.
