Description

If you are a CRM Support Consultant / a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst or CRM Systems Administrator, a CRM Analyst, or a Junior CRM Software Support Consultant the read on, as this role would be of interest to someone in any of these jobs.

This role is not necessarily for someone who is already accomplished, but is more of a job for a focused, bright candidate who has CRM software experience whether that be in CRM administration or training, Dynamics CRM analysis, MS CRM support or CRM Systems Administration. You are someone who wants to move into a Dynamics CRM Support role leading to a full CRM consulting position where you will deal with software configuration, training and software implementation in the future.

A wide salary band of £23-35k is on offer as it will depend entirely on what level of CRM experience you already hve, and whether you have Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills or you need to cross train.

This is a busy software consultancy in London who are specialists in providing MS Dynamics CRM solutions to a wide range of industries and sectors. They are a small company of around 15 people, but they work on some very large MS Dynamics CRM projects with some amazing clients doing quite complex and challenging CRM work. They are very busy, business is good here, and they need to hire another bright, ambitious person to cope with the additional work load.

The ethos of this company is all working together as a team, sharing the tasks and the projects and parcelling out the work to those individuals that suits it best. The chance to learn and grow is huge and, as they usually hire people with limited Dynamics CRM experience and train them up, they have a track record of people staying for 3-6 years and then moving onto top level jobs with companies like KPMG. This is a great place for you to work, to learn and to grow.

You will need to have some CRM software experience. This may have been gained in a CRM Software Support role, or in an internal CRM analyst job, or you might also be a CRM Systems Administrator working at an end user looking to move to the software consultancy side. Or you could be doing MS Dynamics CRM Support already, and you are looking for a good move. Essentially if you have some decent CRM software experience and the right personality and motivation to fit in with this great team and you are eager to learn, then talk to us about the role.

The job will involve all aspects of MS Dynamics CRM Support, handling queries from clients by telephone, email and remote connection and escalating problems where necessary. In the future, you will become a Dynamics CRM Consultant and will deal with gathering client requirements, client meetings, software configuration, data migration, implementation and client training.

You need to have decent CRM skills with either Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or something similar such as Sage CRM, ProspectSoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM, SAP CRM, GoldVision, Maximizer, WorkBooks, Sugar CRM, Pivotal, Priam etc. SharePoint, JavaScript or SQL support skills could all be useful too as you will also be supporting them.

You will be a confident, outgoing person with good interpersonal skills; you are the sort of person who is happy solving problems, a careful note-taker and a planner. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and know the balance between "figuring it out for yourself" and asking for help when needed.

This environment will suit someone with a good work ethic, who likes working in a team and having a bit of a laugh and a joke at work to lighten the load. No one takes themselves too seriously at this company so it is a fun and easy place to work.

Based in London, they are looking for someone with a broad CRM skill set rather than huge detail in one area, and someone who has a keen interest in technology and a real passion for CRM. This really is a great opportunity to take what skills you have already gained with CRM software support or administration and be trained up into full blown MS CRM support and then consulting.
