SAP Business One ERP Software Support Consultant

SAP Business One ERP Software Support Consultant required for a leading SAP B1 reseller who focus only on the SAP Business One ERP solution and a variety of add-ons. They work in many areas including manufacturing, sales, distribution, finance, warehousing, and retail and they sell the SAP B1 product in the Cloud and on premise. Salary up to £30k plus 5 weeks' holidays and benefits.

They really need someone who is already an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant, but will also look at people supporting SAP B1 in-house in an end user role as a Support Analyst or in a helpdesk role, or possibly a SAP Business One ERP super user who would like to move into an Applications Support role. You will get superb career progression into software implementation, support management, software training or project management in the future.

They are an award winning independent SAP Gold Partner who supply, implement and support only SAP Business One (SAP B1) software. As a SAP Business One Support Consultant here, you will look after a varied client base by telephone, email and remote connection, logging support requests, and solving customers' problems.

This might involve getting a system back up and running when it has gone down or talking your clients through small problems as to how the SAP B1 software works. It might involve sorting out user or system errors, or giving some additional training on SAP Business One ERP or you could be modifying Crystal Reports or working with SQL and writing SQL queries to fix problems. Knowledge of SQL and / or Crystal Reports would be an added bonus, but is not necessary as they can provide training in these 2 areas if required.

You will join a small, knowledgeable and friendly ERP software application support team, and one of the best things about this company is the directors who run the business, who are hands-on, very knowledgeable on SAP B1 software, very approachable and nice people to work for.
