Application Support Consultant / Support Analyst - Bristol

We are looking for an Applications Support Consultant with accounting, finance, ERP, Pensions, Legal, Payroll or Property Management Software support experience; this is an excellent opportunity to work for a thriving, busy software company located near the centre of Bristol.

They offer a competitive salary range from £24 - £32k, depending on your level of experience with plenty of training and career development.

This company has been around for more than 25 years and they are resellers of 4 different accounting and ERP solutions, as well as eCommerce and ePos, so there will be plenty of new software for you to learn. Some of these products are sold on premise and others as cloud solutions.

You will work with their clients to assist in maintaining and running their ERP and accounting software smoothly. This will involve 1st Line Support via email, telephone and remotely, using your problem solving and analytical skills and taking ownership of problems until resolved.

As part of their growing, busy application support team you will need excellent problem solving skills, good communication and a great telephone manner, time management and planning skills, previous experience of Application Software Support and a thirst for learning.

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will join a small, dynamic team dealing with accounting and ERP and ePos software issues. You will log and progress your support calls and ensure that you feed back the status of the problem to your clients and provide great service.

Ideally you will have supported ERP or accounting software solutions such as Access Dimensions, Sage 200, Sage 300, Iris Exchequer, Agresso, Greentree, Epicor, Coldharbour, BluQube, SunSystems, Pegasus Opera, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, Exact, Coda, Dynamics AX, IFS, or similar.

But they are also happy hiring Application Support Consultants who have worked with products that have some type of finance or ERP connection such as Legal Accounting Software, Pensions Software, Property Management Software, Payroll & HR Software, e-Commerce Software, Schools Software or similar.
