CRM Software Implementation Consultant for London

This growing Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultancy focus solely on MS Dynamics CRM (now being rolled out as the new Dynamics 365) and have over 100 clients using their application to manage their clients and their sales process. They are looking for a CRM Software Consultant with at least 12 months' software implementation experience - you will have worked with products such as Sage CRM, Dynamics CRM, CRM 365, ProspectSoft, Sugar CRM, Workbooks, Maximizer CRM, Gold Vision CRM, Goldmine, Zoho, Salesforce or similar.

They will pay up to £40k but this would really suit a more Junior CRM Software Implementation Consultant looking to earn £30 - £35k and get lots of training and mentoring. The company has a family feel, but they are CRM professionals and the clients get a wonderful service.

As Microsoft rolls out its new products Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Finance 365, this means a whole lot more interesting work for them. It also makes the MS Dynamics CRM product even more compelling than before. So, they are growing and want a client facing CRM Implementation Consultant to join the team. They are happy to pay for your training and certification in MS Dynamics CRM, if you have done at least one full Implementation of CRM Software and are happy talking to clients about their requirements and business processes.

This is a specialist business software consultancy providing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions / Dynamics 365 to a wide range of industries including charities, manufacturing, marketing and property companies. They are a small company of around 15 people, but work on some very large projects with some fantastic clients doing interesting and challenging MS CRM work.

The business is thriving and they are busy and need to hire an additional CRM Software Consultant to cope with the work load. The ethos here is team work, sharing the tasks and the projects and giving everyone the work that best suits their skill set and knowledge. They have a track record of hiring people at the more Junior end of CRM software implementation and training them up with the added skills they need to become certified CRM Consultants. You will need to have CRM projects & implementation experience and understand the requirements and needs of people who are installing CRM solutions. This is a client facing role which will involve going out on client site, gathering requirements, doing workshops and business process mapping.

You will have client facing experience in a CRM software implementation role. The job involves all aspects of Dynamics CRM consulting, and the more experience you have of gathering requirements, configuring the software, end user and client training, report writing and data migration, the quicker you will learn and be productive.

You will need to be confident and outgoing and happy visiting and talking to clients at all levels. You will also enjoy giving software training to people, and will be a good listener, note taker and organiser & planner. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and will be a fast learner. They want people with a passion for CRM software.
