Description

3 x New Business Sales Executives / BDM's for large Cloud ERP Software Sales

To £80k, OTE £160-180k, £5k car allowance, great benefits, world class software company

These are key software sales roles with a leading global FTSE 100 ERP software solutions company, headquartered in the UK, with multiple overseas offices across 5 continents. They are looking to recruit an additional 3 Sales Executives for their UK software sales team and are offering a very competitive package with a base salary up to £80k, OTE of £160-180k uncapped, £5k car allowance, private health care, life insurance, gym, good pension, child care vouchers and more.

This is a company with true global clout that has grown beyond anything they could have imagined when they first started up; a business employing thousands of people across the world, with more than £5 million clients. They will give you comprehensive training in their ERP solution to enable you to confidently talk about the product and demonstrate it. You will need to spend some time initially in their offices to learn the software. After that, a typical week would probably be two days on client sites, two days office based, and a day working from home. Realistically, you need to live within an hour to an hour and a half commute of the Reading area.

You will work closely with their marketing teams, inside sales people and pre-sales consultants to identify and grow opportunities, and handle the full life cycle sales process to sell their ERP solutions. You will be adept at following up and qualifying leads, contacting and nurturing key decision makers, meeting with your clients and understanding their pain points and business processes, communicating your product knowledge effectively, demonstrating the USP's of an ERP solution, building strong relationships and closing the deals.

You have the ability to manage your sales pipeline, own your client relationships, document proposals, communicate professionally and sympathetically with stake holders at all levels, negotiate and pursue your deals to closure.

They are looking for new business Sales Executives with high energy, motivation, and a track record of results in ERP or financial software sales (Cloud / SaaS or On-Premise ERP solutions). You will have spirit, personality and persistence with hunger to succeed and achieve.

Proven experience of ERP or Accounting Software sales success is essential, working with solutions such as MS Dynamics AX, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, FinancialForce, Sage One, PS Financials, Sage ERP X3, Greentree, SAP Business One, Dynamics NAV, Coda, UNIT4, Aptean, IFS, Sage 300, COINS, SAP Business-By-Design, QAD, Syspro, Priority ERP or similar, with deal sizes from £50k to around £200k.
