Application Support Consultant Accounting & e-Commerce Software

Application Support Consultant required for a truly innovative and exciting business in central Bristol - to £26k

This software company has grown rapidly and their cloud software is constantly evolving as they put a lot of effort and investment into developing it. They will pay up to £26k plus 5 weeks' holiday, private healthcare and share options.

They supply and implement their own business software which is an integrated web based cloud solution covering everything from accounting, bookkeeping & invoicing to stock control, retail, eCommerce, CRM, marketing and Epos integration. The system is configurable to suit clients' needs and is very user friendly and based on the most up to date technology. They have over 1,000 clients using their solution and are growing fast.

This is a friendly, busy company where people work hard but have a lot of fun too. They are looking for an Application Support Consultant who has knowledge of accounting and / or bookkeeping or finance or ERP software and ideally some experience of cloud software solutions or ecommerce or Epos or retail software. You should have a high standard of education, very good communication skills and a real interest in web based technology.

You will be responsible for giving 1st Line Support to your clients by telephone, email, social media and remote login and will be empathetic and able to build long term relationships with your customers. You will be good at problem solving and troubleshooting and the type of person who likes to dig deep into the software to try and resolve problems. They will give you full cross training to their cloud software and all the tools you need to provide a great support service.

Any additional knowledge of API's, CRM, PHP or HTML would all be useful - the more skills you have the better! ERP Software Support skills would be excellent as well as the software is very similar to the smaller ERP products.
