Implementation & Support Consultant, ERP / Accounts Software

Implementation, Support and Training Consultant required with accounting or ERP software experience gained with solutions such Sage 200, Kerridge, Pegasus Opera, Dynamics NAV, Iris Exchequer, Access Dimensions, Infor, SAP Business One, BrightPearl, Tramps, Pinewood, COINS, Dynamics GP, Sage 50 or similar, to work for this small well-established and thriving business software company near Cheltenham. Starting salary to £30k plus benefits.

They sell, implement and support a high quality comprehensive and flexible ERP software solution that covers all aspects of accounting & invoicing, as well as order processing, inventory control, manufacturing, sales, CRM, and BI.

They have a small, close knit and fabulous team of around 20 people providing project management, implementation, support and training to businesses across the legal, manufacturing, not-for-profit, retail, professional services and distribution verticals.

The key requirement is a good understanding of accounting and / or ERP type software solutions and a background in software implementation and software application support. The role will be varied.

As this is a relatively small company, you will get involved in all aspects of the software implementation lifecycle through to go-live, and when you are not working on projects, you should be happy to help with application support and client training - so they are looking for someone who is flexible and happy to turn their hand to most things.

You will have good communication skills and a personable manner, and you are someone who builds strong relationships with your clients and your colleagues, and has a service oriented attitude.
