Description

This is a good career move role for a CRM Support Consultant or Support Analyst or CRM Systems Administrator, looking to learn Dynamics CRM and move into consultancy or training in the future.

If you have experience working as a CRM Software Support Analyst for a reseller or vendor, or giving internal CRM Support to users in your company, or as a CRM Systems Administrator, this job will give you the opportunity to move into software implementation and consultancy work or into Dynamics CRM .Net software development, or into software training. The salary range is wide - from £25k to £35k dependant on your level of CRM software experience, and the role is based near London Bridge.

Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and focused candidate who has CRM software experience whether that be in MS CRM Support, Sage CRM Support, CRM Systems Administration, or any other experience supporting CRM software solutions. The company is looking for someone who really wants to learn and develop their skills as part of a small team, and is keen to progress rapidly.

This London based software reseller are specialists in providing MS Dynamics CRM solutions to a wide range of industries and sectors. They are a successful small company of around 20 people, but they work on some very large MS Dynamics CRM projects with prestigious clients, doing quite complex and challenging CRM projects.

They are very busy and business is good. Everyone works together as a team, sharing the tasks and the projects and parcelling out the work to those individuals that suits it best. The chance to learn and grow is massive and, as they usually hire people with limited CRM software experience and train them up. They have a track record of people staying with them for 5 years or more and then moving onto top level jobs with companies like KPMG. So this really is a great place for you to work, to learn and to grow.

You will need to have some CRM software experience with support skills or in an internal CRM job, but you might also be a CRM Systems Administrator working at an end user with some good training experience and you are ready for that step up into consultancy. Or you could be doing MS Dynamics CRM Support, you are good with clients and you want to move into Consulting and Dynamics CRM implementation. Essentially if you have some decent CRM experience and the right personality and motivation to fit in with this great team and you are eager to learn, then talk to us about this.

Any of the following skills and experience will be useful:

  • CRM Software Support or Administration
  • CRM System configuration
  • CRM customisation
  • CRM Business Analysis
  • CRM User training
  • Report Writing
  • SharePoint, JavaScript or SQL are all useful too

You will be a confident, outgoing, communicative person and you believe that you can be a good MS Dynamics CRM Consultant. You have good interpersonal skills, you are the sort of person who is happy training a group of people, you are a listener, a careful note-taker and a deliberate planner. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and know the balance between "figuring it out for yourself" and asking for help.

This environment will suit a personable individual with a good work ethic, who likes working in a team, and having a bit of a laugh and a joke at work to lighten the load. No one takes themselves too seriously at this company so it is a fun and easy place to work. They have plenty of experience training CRM people up to be great Consultants and they know the qualities they are looking for. You will get full certifications in MS Dynamics CRM including configuration and installation and a chance to do the software development certification if you want to.

This really is a good opportunity to take what skills you have already gained with CRM software and be trained up. Get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing to discuss the role or to apply.
