ERP Consultant with strong Finance & Accounting modules

This role is for an ERP Consultant who has strong experience of the finance & accounting modules of the product. The position is to work for one of the top 3 vendors of ERP software in the world. Their projects are interesting, complex and varied and the company can only be described as 'awesome' in terms of their achievements, growth, acquisitions and leadership in the field of ERP software. With over 12,000 staff across the world, they are a force to be reckoned with.

You will be home based with travel across the UK to client sites. There are 3 levels of ERP Consultants here and salaries for these levels range from £42,500 p.a. to £58,500 p.a. with a car and a 20% bonus on top, plus company benefits such as private healthcare, 5 weeks holiday (plus extra holiday buy-in), laptop, mobile, childcare vouchers, and high-street vouchers.

This is an interesting and challenging role with a dynamic software company, involving all aspects of implementing ERP solutions. They are looking for someone who has worked with the accounting & finance modules and your knowledge will cover some of the areas such as AP & AR, Ledgers, Budgeting, Time & Expenses, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets and Reporting.

You will work through the full project life cycle, from talking to the clients to establish their requirements, conducting workshops, documentation, software configuration to fit their needs, implementation, go-live and user training and hand holding. You need good functional ERP consulting skills and strong client facing experience.

You will have previous implementation and consulting experience with ERP or Accounting software solutions such as Infor, Sage ERP X3, Dynamics AX, Greentree, UNIT4, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, Epicor, PS Financials, JDE, NetSuite, Sage 1000, Dynamics GP, Lawson, SunSystems, SAP Business ByDesign, Sage 200, Aptean, COINS, Kerridge or similar. You will have gained your experience working with a mid-sized ERP product as an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant out on client site, dealing with SME's.

They currently have more than 40 ERP projects all at different stages of the implementation life-cycle and most of which require Consultants to do the finance module implementation. They are very busy and you will have plenty to get your teeth into.

• Strong on the finance, accounting, ledgers, assets modules
• Full life cycle implementation project skills
• You have worked in client facing roles with a reseller or software vendor
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• Great at building relationships with your clients
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Happy to travel to client sites
