Pre-Sales Consultant Property Software or Cloud ERP Software

Pre-Sales Consultant for an exceptional global company with offices in 6 countries. You can be based anywhere in the UK but ideally you live somewhere south of the Midlands, towards London or South East or South West England. Their consulting and sales staff all work remotely but go into head office 3-4 times a month plus they travel to client sites. Salary to £50k plus bonus plus car allowance plus lots of benefits. You will report to the European Pre-Sales Manager.

They want a sales oriented, energetic and tech-savvy candidate with a strong software implementation background working with some of the following software solutions: Property Management software, Real Estate Software, Rentals Software, Cloud based Subscription Software, Cloud ERP software, Tenants Software, Property Listings or Property Maintenance software. When they say tech-savvy, they mean you are a user of modern apps like Uber, Airbnb, Rightmove, Web Hotel Booking engines, you understand where software is going and you understand the cloud world and subscription based software.

The company turns over £500 million, has 3,000 employees and is still family owned. All the software is in the Cloud and sold on subscription. Growth is currently 15-20% per annum.

You will work closely the functional software consultants and with the sales team on quality RFP's / RFI's / proposals and on qualifying clients, and you should be able to demonstrate the software effectively and enthusiastically to clients in the property and real estate sectors.

Their solutions have core ERP functionality and clients are typically property investors. This role relates to their residential property software, which focuses on rent collections, residents' portals, property maintenance, on-line rentals, property marketing, concierge, CRM and links to Zoopla and Rightmove, and can be used on Apple & Android devices as well.

They want someone who is highly presentable in front of clients, intellectually curious, goal driven, full of enthusiasm and passionate about modern cloud based solutions. You love a fast-paced environment, you have great presentation skills, you are keen, ambitious and hungry to learn.

This is a massive market in the UK as property rentals are continuing to provide great returns. Property rentals are of course a huge market in London, but also in all the major cities in the UK and Ireland so their is heaps of scope for their software across the country.
