The company began over 100 years ago and is one of Britain's longest standing businesses and recognisable across the globe. They employ over 800 people (50 people in IT, 27 people in software) and turnover is around £500 million. They use Microsoft software so this is a .Net and SQL Server development environment.
MS Dynamics CRM is used extensively throughout the business to help them understand their customers and grasp their requirements, and cross sell to them, as well as for ticketing, event management, registration, sales, bookings, people tracking, attendance, customer loyalty, campaign management, sponsorship management, customer insights, donations management and marketing. There are lots of different departments in the company and a wide variety of people that you will have to connect with at all levels.
They need 2 more Dynamics CRM Business Analysts for the team and they are looking for people with solid MS CRM skills and more than 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a good understanding of business models, who can help drive their CRM strategy.
You will be accustomed to working in an agile environment and working with business stakeholders to elicit their requirements, going through all the scenarios and providing solid documentation on your findings. You can define 'as is' and 'to be' scenarios and build consensus between stakeholders and you will have user story writing experience, attention to detail, and a 'get it done' practical approach. UML and Case knowledge would be useful but is not a prerequisite.
You are a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst who can articulate requirements, problem-solve, communicate effectively at all levels and manage the key stakeholders. With strong experience of MS CRM analysis and implementation you will champion CRM and educate the users on CRM functions.
