- Description
We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant who has worked with web portal self-service software - this could be property software, estate agents' software, property searching software, housing software or residents block management software (these would all be ideal), or membership software, rentals software, airline software, workflow software, conveyancing portals or even beauty / hairdressers' software - these are all web portal self-service solutions.
This means someone who is a client facing Consultant implementing portal software which is a digital entrance or gateway to a community, or account, or network which is accessed via a web browser or mobile app, to allow clients to login and access information and services online and make bookings and amendments.
A wide salary range is on offer from £30-55k as they will look at all levels of software implementation experience. You can work remotely from home anywhere in the UK (Fulham has been put as a location but it doesn't matter where you live) but ideally south of Sheffield, across to the West Country, London, or down to the South Coast.
This global property management software company implements its self-service web portal software for hotel chains, apartment rentals, commercial and residential rental properties, and commercial & residential property block management. Your role would be to implement the web services front-end onto their property solution. It would suit an Implementation Consultant who is very web savvy and used to dealing with portal based solutions. It has 4 main functions:
- Marketing and branding of client companies
- Online letting, driving candidates to the website
- Online vetting
- Residents' services
Most of the services are self-service so experience of that sort of software and website is extremely relevant. Some of their clients have multiple businesses where each is a different brand, and therefore each requires a separate implementation of the software. Their clients' sites work in the same way as airline and banking websites and membership websites.
The job is to build on the technology, dealing with a range of stakeholders from the clients' marketing department, to their design team, and the creative agencies of the client company. You won't be dealing with the accounting and facilities management aspects of the solution as the amount of work on these websites and portals is so significant that it requires a completely independent team of Software Consultants.
This role will suit a bright, ambitious, motivated Software Implementation Consultant who is web savvy, has good analysis and requirements experience, is keen on the latest technology and looking for a fast moving, creative environment. A degree level education or evidence of higher education would be preferred.
This is an awesome company to work for. Contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing for further details or send your CV to us as soon as possible.
