Application Support Consultant Field Service or ERP Software

Newly created position for a dynamic Application Support Consultant with experience of supporting Field Service Management Software, or ERP Software - or possibly something similar such as Property Management or Dealer Management Software. The role is office based in High Wycombe and the starting salary is up to £40k plus 10% bonus and private healthcare. It will suit someone working in Application Support of enterprise software, or an Implementation Consultant who wants to stop travelling and have an office based job.

The company is a global leader in large scale ERP, Field Service Management, Asset Management and CRM Software. You will be joining a brand new team as the field service software application support is currently done by one of the Implementation Consultants and by a team in India, so this is an opportunity to start at the beginning of a new group and possibly a new software support department, so the prospects are really good.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Field Service Management software application support, but the job is Application Support on enterprise software, so ERP solutions experience would also be fine, although you can expect a steep learning curve at the start. Field Service Management software (on-premise and cloud based) includes modules such as spare parts, warranties, real-time mobile workforce apps, quotations and pricing, billing and renewals, planning & scheduling, repairs, project resource and workflow approvals, so it has many similarities to ERP type software.

If you already have experience supporting field service software, then you will be able to hit the ground running.
