Description

Marketing Executive for a full mix role (digital, on-line and traditional) working for a successful small software company of around 15 staff who sell a range of ERP application software. They have ambitious plans for growth this year and need to bring on board a creative, adaptable marketeer to play a key role in this growth. Starting salary from £25k - 35k (some flexibility) based between Redditch and Stratford -upon-Avon.

They are looking for a bright, creative marketing person who can make a real contribution and can bring ideas to the table. This could be a great career move for someone with at least 3 year's commercial marketing experience who is looking for a new challenge in a company where they can use their creativity and enthusiasm.

They sell, implement, project manage and support a variety of business software solutions to clients in the UK and need additional resources to help get their products to market.

They need a talented Marketing Executive, with previous knowledge of the information technology sector, who can work closely with the sales team to produce marketing content that is search engine and Pay Per Click friendly and product literature in keeping with the brand.

The job will have a lot of variety:

  • You will manage their digital marketing through HubSpot marketing software to include email campaigns, social media, PR articles, blog content and website gated content.
  • Look after website design (knowledge of WordPress would be very useful) and improve inbound website traffic and PR to support lead generation for the sales team
  • Monitor social media and campaign stats
  • Work with the management team to plan and deliver Marketing events
  • Help develop a marketing strategy for the business

Your knowledge should include previous experience working within the IT sector, website content (CMS), social media, CRM management, creative digital and website design skills, marketing literature creation (fact sheets, e-shots, brochures), press releases, copy writing, social media statistics, organising and planning exhibitions and marketing events, B2B, customer analysis and market research, campaign design and website traffic. WordPress would be very useful as would experience working with automated marketing platforms

Above all they need a bright, focused individual with fresh, creative ideas, who is professional and who can work well with a small close-knit team. You should have good analytical and organisational skills with the ability to juggle and manage numerous projects at the same time, and strong interpersonal skills, confidence in face-to-face meetings and an excellent command of the English language.

We think this is a terrific role for a marketing go-getter looking to make a real impact on the growth and development of a successful software business.
