Sage 1000 Support Consultant, who can take on some implementation work as well, the more chargeable work you do, the more you will get paid. £40-50k + bonus: you need to live within an hour's commute of Hemel Hempstead as this is an office-based role.

Use your Sage 1000 support skills to join this successful Sage ERP reseller and you will start the day with a smile, it's a perfectly formed small Sage reseller and a great company to work for. You may have supported Sage 1000 or 500 at a reseller or an end user, or you may be a Sage 1000 Consultant looking to do less travelling and move into a support role but still keep your hands in with some implementation work.

The quality of support they provide is excellent because the ERP setups and projects they do are "right first time" so the subsequent support is straight forward, and the clients are happy with the service. You will very, very rarely get a client moaning to you.

They are looking for someone with strong Sage 1000 or Sage Line 500 application support experience, who is self-motivated and can work well in a very busy support environment, managing your own workload, whilst giving the client an excellent experience and first-class service. You should be confident, a great communicator, able to work well under pressure, with good attention to detail.

As a company they have 2 main themes, look after the customer and look after the staff, so there is a chance to develop your career, do more consultancy work and learn new skills, or get better knowledge of the Sage 1000 product and improve that way.

They have a nice variety of clients from high street chains of restaurants, and the world's largest ingredient company, to chemical processing companies and companies that make anything from black bags to teabags. From jet charter to universities and schools.

These companies run Sage 1000 ERP software for finance, manufacturing, distribution and all other business functions.

They are looking for an experienced Sage 1000 or Sage Line 500 consultant to do support and a bit of training and to do some fee earning work as well (the more chargeable work you can do, the more you earn). As the company is small, you have the opportunity to become in involved in many areas and you should be adaptable and happy to muck in where required.

You will be joining a small established support team in Hemel Hempstead and will work with skilled Sage software professionals. This is a nice environment with a quality feel, people like working here.
