Description

Software Account Manager - Real Estate Software, London to £55k base

Brilliant, progressive software company, specialising in web based Real Estate, Property Management & Rental software and growing rapidly. They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic switched-on Software Account Manager who has had a successful role, with responsibility for account managing clients in the application software market. That could be Bookings software, Leisure software, Estate Agency software, CRM Software, ERP software, Legal software, Accounting software, Property Management Software, Field Service Software, Asset Management software, Rental software, Construction software, Service management software, Hire software, or anything similar. Starting salary to £55k basic with 25% OTE so around £70k.

You will be the main contact for their clients and will build on loyalty and be an ambassador for the company. You will develop and manage relationships and new revenue streams with their existing client base, through regular telephone and email contact, and meetings and discover and win up-selling opportunities and support contracts and licenses to maximise sales opportunities.

You will work alongside key staff in the Pre-Sales, Product Management, Sales and Support teams to ensure excellent service delivery to your clients, produce monthly forecasts, maintain your CRM system, carry out regular service reviews with the customers, produce quotations and proposals and attend exhibitions, sales events and seminars.

They are looking for someone who can be proactive, can build rapport quickly with their clients, manage their expectations build lasting relationships, and has a "seek and win" attitude to recognising upselling opportunities. Your communications skills should be first rate and you are a great negotiator. Above all you have spark, energy and ambition as this is a growing, ambitious company working in a creative digital software field.

They are located between Charing Cross and Waterloo in London, and the role is office based with some visits to see clients. This is a terrific, growing software business where you will have a superb career ahead of you in account management and software sales.
