Junior Software Consultant / Professional Services Consultant

2 x Junior Software Implementation Consultants or Professional Services Consultants (educated to degree level) are required for new roles with this entrepreneurial, progressive software consultancy, based near Waterloo and Embankment in London.

Their software solutions are hosted in the Cloud and cover Property Management, Asset Management & Residential & Student Property Lettings, and modules cover bookings, tenancies, property marketing, accounts and finance reporting, reservations, repairs, contact management, web portals, workflow, document management, and mobile solutions.

They are looking for Degree educated Junior Implementation Consultants or Junior Professional Services Consultants with 1 -3 years' experience implementing application software solutions (or supporting application software and looking to move into implementation and consultancy) who are bright, enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to learn and progress rapidly with an award-winning software company.

As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will work alongside the Senior Consultants and Project Managers to learn the online software, train and progress and acquire the skills and expertise needed to become a fully-fledged Professional Services Consultant. You will get involved with documenting clients' business processes, managing project plans and tasks, configuring the software to fit, testing before delivery, assisting with software implementations, supporting the go-live and training the users. Every day will be different with new challenges and you will be working with bright, creative people.

They are looking for Junior Consultants with a thirst for learning, highly proactive, organised and driven, great at interacting with clients, excellent communication skills, and a love of technology and IT, cloud software and the digital world.

You will have worked in implementation or support of application software such as Rental Software, Bookings Sofware, Property Software, Legal Software, Service Management Software, ERP Software, Asset Management Software, Construction Software, Practice Management Software, Accounts Software, Membership Software, CRM Software, Estate Agency Software, Hotel Software or similar.
