- Description
Application Support Consultant with accounting or ERP Software Support experience.
Sage 200 Support skills would be ideal, but they are also happy to see any bright candidates who have worked with other accounting or ERP solutions such as Exchequer, Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, Sage 500, QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, Epicor, Coda, Coins, Kerridge, SunSystems, SAP Business One, Greentree, Xero, KashFlow, OpenAccounts or any similar application software.
They are based in a beautiful small town between Frimley and Hook, easily accessible from Surry, Hampshire and Berkshire. Starting salary from £28k - 35k depending on your level of expertise.
As part of a small, friendly team you will provide Sage 200 Application Support and Training to your customers across a range of modules including Sage 200 Financials & Commercials, Manufacturing, CRM and Report Designer, handling queries from clients by telephone, email and remote connection and escalating problems where necessary.
You are an excellent problem solver, you get on well with people at all levels, you have a good understanding of accounting or finance software modules and you like working on a busy support desk. This is a small reseller, so people get on very well and they tend to turn their hand to anything where required.
Cross training will be provided to Sage 200 provided you have supported other accounting or ERP solutions or the finance modules of DMS or Construction software or similar.
This is a great place to work, relaxed and informal but very professional. To find out more contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing.
