Description

This successful business software consultancy are looking for an Application Support Consultant or Support Analyst who has supported commercial business software such as ERP, Supply Chain, Accounting or financial software, Payroll, Property Management software, Legal Software, Dealer Management, Construction Software, Estate Agent Software, or similar. They are located between Cheddar and Clevedon and in a good position for candidates living in Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Burnham-on-Sea, Glastonbury or Wells. Starting salary to £26k plus bonus and benefits.

Prospects are excellent with full training in their cloud based ERP, Accounting, CRM and eCommerce software solutions and there is real potential to move on into consulting, software implementation and training, or project management in the future.

This is a small, buzzing, innovative and growing business software company with an excellent client base in their niche markets. They have a passion for excellent client service and employ enthusiastic, motivated people who share their passion. Their team is made up of Support Analysts, Implementation Consultants, Project Managers and Software Developers and they have won awards for their level of service.

As part of their first line support team you will respond to client enquiries via email and telephone and remote connection to find solutions to their problems. They are looking for an enthusiastic and bright, communicative Application Support Analyst / Support Consultant who wants to learn and develop and has an interest in accounting, CRM and ERP software solutions and is excellent at problem solving and providing their clients with the best possible service. You will log and document your support queries, escalating them to 2nd line or to the software vendor where required.

Profile:

  • Previous experience supporting business application software
  • ERP, Accounting, Payroll, DMS, Property Management, Construction software, Legal software, Workforce, Finance, Pension software, Insurance, or any other commercial software solutions support skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, good problem solver, good team player
  • Keen to learn the latest Cloud based applications
  • Passion for providing the best customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
