Marketing Manager

This privately-owned software company has been in business for 15 years and specialises in a leading ERP software solution for a niche market. They have 3 global offices; the UK office is small and is located in Reigate and you would probably need to be there 2 days a week and can work from home the rest of the week if you prefer. They would also consider a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive who wants to work shorter hours or perhaps 4 days a week, so there is some flexibility here. Salary to £50k.

They are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive with strong digital experience, to own their marketing and branding and move the company forward to the next level. You should be experienced in ensuring best practices in digital marketing, content management, brand management and events and seminars.

You will be a data driven marketer with the ability to attract traffic to their site and nurture and convert that traffic into leads for the sales team. A natural superstar, you can write and produce downloadable content for the website and social media, write blogs to expand their digital footprint, and identify and execute new opportunities to improve the company's content search ranking.

You will manage email campaigns and calls-to-action, measure results and optimise the lead nurturing workflows for these segments, to convert leads into customers. You will also build and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience including eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics and more, and write regular blogs to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.

Ideal Profile:

• Previous B2B digital marketing experience, ideally with a software company
• Events Management
• Marketing automation and blogging skills to generate traffic and convert visitors into leads
• Content Management with the ability to build product pages and optimise conversion paths
• Email campaigns
• A degree in Marketing or Marketing qualifications such as CIM or Digital Marketing Diploma would be good
• A strong communicator and a creative thinker

You will work alongside the UK Managing Director and the Sales Manager but will have a lot of autonomy here as the Marketing Manager and will have the opportunity to fully utilise your ideas and creativity to increase brand awareness and market presence. The MD is a great guy, bright and engaging, and he will be a good person to work with.
