Sage 200 Support Consultant / Support Analyst to join a thriving small business consultancy and software reseller that has built a great reputation in the Sage market over 2 decades - salary to £38k plus excellent benefits. The company is based in Hertfordshire but the role can be home based anywhere in th UK.

Our client has been providing Sage Support, Implementation and Project Management services for over 20 years and supplies the full range of products including Sage 200, Sage ERP X3, Sage 1000 and Sage CRM. They are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, and to always exceeding client expectations and are continually looking for ways in which they can help clients get more value from their business applications.

As part of their Sage 200 Support team, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits as well as the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals and get plenty of on-going training. As this is a small reseller, everyone pulls together and you should be prepared to turn your hand to whatever needs to be done. This also means that you have the opportunity of increased responsibility if you want it.

Your role will involve providing telephone and email support to their Sage 200 customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 queries and problems and escalating them where necessary to senior staff or to Sage.

They are looking for a Support Consultant with proven Sage 200 support experience, good problem solving, time management and organisational skills and excellent levels of customer service. There will be opportunities to work with other Sage solutions including Sage ERP X3, as well as on-going training to gain certifications.

You could be working for another Sage 200 reseller, or perhaps you have gained your Sage 200 Support skills working in an internal role at an end user and are now looking for a faster paced and more interesting application support position, where you can talk to a wide variety of clients.
