Sage 200 Support Consultant for a leading Sage Business Partner with 30 staff who deliver robust Sage solutions for their customers across Sage 200 and Sage X3 and a variety of bespoke add-on solutions. They will look at any level of Sage 200 support from 2 years upwards, salary to £39,000 dependant on experience and plenty of on going training for you to gain valuable certifications in Sage 200. You can be office based or home based, they are very flexible.
They have a very experienced, friendly Sage 200 support team who provide remote support to the customer base, some of whom work from home full time. As part of this busy team, you will deal with all incoming Sage 200 support enquiries, log your cases, investigate the issues, create custom reports, keep your records up to date and provide a first class service to your Sage clients.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, bright team member who has experience of supporting Sage 200 within a reseller, software house, or end user company environment. You should have a great telephone manner, good problem solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and meet SLA's and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people in a pleasant and friendly manner is paramount.
