- Description
This new role is for a NetSuite Consultant or NetSuite Administrator to work for a leading London fashion company based near Tottenham Court Road in the West End of London. They have a flag ship store here and a thriving online fashion business. Salary to £50k plus benefits and discounts. The position is exclusive to Ambis.
They have chosen the NetSuite solution for their ERP and SalesForce as their CRM solution.
The business only has 54 staff in the London office and their IT is outsourced, so when they implemented NetSuite it was a bit of a botch job. Now they need a full-time NetSuite Consultant or NetSuite Administrator to join them permanently. You will need to come in and get the whole system working and integrated with:
- Finance
- Ecommerce
- Retail stores
- Stock & Inventory
- Picking packing and despatch
- Payments
Ideally you will have a broad range of experience which will include working with NetSuite ERP, some project management, software implementation, business analysis, NetSuite support and / or administration, and cloud software.
You will be the primary point of contact for all NetSuite issues and will oversee the administration of the NetSuite application and plan, review and revise configurations and customisations of NetSuite to meet the growing needs of their business, working with users to define requirements.
You will also provide front line NetSuite support and troubleshooting working with the users to solve data and technical issues and provide support and training on cross-departmental projects, as well as providing system specific solutions and implementing future NetSuite upgrades.
This is an opportunity to transform a business and make their ERP and CRM software solutions work smoothly together. The role offers genuine autonomy, freedom to make decisions and on top of that, see your changes taking shape and helping to move the business forward.
