- Description
Sage 200 Support Consultant / Sage 200 Support Analyst for a new role with a dynamic, friendly Sage 200 reseller based near Manchester - salary to £34k plus benefits - must have strong Sage 200 Support skills. This role is working remotely from home anywhere in the UK, so you need to be well organised and self motivated, but there is some flexibility in the hours you want to work.
Your role as a Sage 200 Support Consultant will be to provide all aspects of Sage 200 telephone and email support, logging your calls and finding resolution to clients' problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will make sure your clients are kept informed of the progress of their query, manage your call logs and workload and perform root cause analysis and incident management to assist with future problems.
The company is a very successful and well established reseller in the North of England, they are one of the smaller resellers where you can really feel that you are making a difference, contribute to their continued success, and be part of a vibrant, professional but fun team of support and implementation consultants.
You must have really strong Sage 200 Support experience, ideally from a reseller or software house, but they would also happily look at people who have been supporting Sage 200 at an end user site and want to move into the consulting side.
One of our nicest clients! To apply, get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis as soon as possible or drop us your CV for a callback.
