- Description
Sage 200 Support Consultant for an office based role just to the North east of Birmingham towards Sutton Coldfield. The company has been in business for more than 30 years and is very well established in the Midlands as a Sage 200 reseller. Salary to £32k plus benefits.
They need someone who has experience supporting the Sage 200 product and is happy being office based. You will be personable, a good problem solver, and happy talking to clients by phone, and via email and giving a top notch support service to their clients.
They will happily look at:
- An experienced Sage 200 Consultant who wants to stop travelling to client sites
- A Sage 200 Support Consultant from another reseller
- A Sage 200 super user who has done password administration, a bit of training for new users, and who is the in-house "go to Sage 200 person".
You will need to have an accounts background or some knowledge of the accounting modules of Sage 200. Any additional experience of Sage 200 Cloud, Sage CRM, Sage Manufacturing, Spindle, Credit Hound or Eureka or Sicon add-ons would all be a bonus.
They have around 150 loyal Sage 200 clients, and they also work with Sage 200 Manufacturing, Credit Hound, Spindle, and Eureka and Sicon add-on products so there is a lot of interesting stuff for you to support.
There are 2 full time office based Support Consultants and another 2 (including the Support Manager) who work from home 4 days a week. So with this position, they would like you in the office full time for the first 6 months, then after that you can work from home one or two days a week if you prefer.
This is a happy environment, family run and owned, with a good atmosphere, so it would suit a professional person who wants to do the job well and work in a decent company.
The hours are 9-5, there isn't really any out of hours work, and they are quite strict as to how they operate, so you will know exactly what your office hours are.
This is a super reseller to work for; you need to perform but you will be treated as an adult and left to get on with your job.
